This hotel is an ALL inclusive hotel which means all food, alcohol, non motorized water sports and tax will be included in your over all price. They allow 4 people to a double room so please friends and family feel free to bunk up and share a room to split the cost. Do not hesitate to ask us who is going because we would be happy to link you with someone you know to share a room with. We have a room block of 85 Deluxe gold rooms for our wedding guests, so we ask that you book and stay at the Hard Rock. I know alot of you may have points else where or timeshares but unfortuntaly the hotel will not allow you at the wedding if you're not staying at the property. Plus it makes for way more memories when we are all shacked up at the same location. We chose the deluxe gold for you all but if you want to go a step below for a little cheaper or if you want to go bigger and upgrade to a penthouse or a suite please do so with our wedding group coordinator Marlyn she will be happy to help you and get you a discounted price for either of these changes. Please do not go through a travel agent or a travel website like expedia or hotels.com to book your rooms because they won't count with our wedding room blocks. Let her know if you have any questions or if any guests need assistance with booking their reservations.

Flights and airfare are seperate from Hard rock so please get your flights ahead of time to get yourself a good rate.
When you are ready to book your room the hotel will require a $200.00 deposit that is refundable within a certain time frame and then your final payment will be due upon check in. The group link will expire on June 2, 2017 so you have till then to secure your stay after that there is no guarantees.
