| We have reserved a room block for your convenience. Please be sure to reserve your room as soon as possible to receive the special discounted rate. We are working with a travel agent named Jesse and she has helped us lock in group rates for everyone traveling for our wedding party. We will be in Riviera Maya from Tuesday, May 10th through Wednesday, May 18th. We invite everyone to stay as short or as long as you would like. Thursday, May 12, 2016 we will be having a "Welcome Party" so everyone can meet and get to know each other. The Hard Rock Hotel is an all-inclusive property, which means that all your food and drinks on the property are included in the cost when you book. To book the hotel please click the link below. For people interested in attending the wedding, you MUST be a guest of the Hard Rock Hotel. They do not allow people onto the property who are not guests of the hotel. It is also imperative that all hotel accommodations are booked through Jesse. There are NO exceptions to this. The only way to attend wedding festivities is to be included in our room block and group booking. On the website you will you see pricing for the hotel which is all inclusive of all meals, drinks, taxes, & fees. Airfare is not included but Jesse can get prices for you if you would like her to. Keep in mind you can also use airline points and sky miles for your flight as well. To reserve a room, you would need to place a deposit of $200 per room no later than March 13, 2016 and the balance needs to be paid off at the time of check in.
