All guests must sign that they have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions at the time of booking, and a credit card authorization form, or the booking will not be completed.


Deposits: Deposit is required at time of booking.  This confirms your spot in the group, and you are considered a confirmed attending guest.  Deposits are non-refundable, and non-transferrable. If you are unable to attend please notify Paradise Weddings Inc. immediately, and in writing.


Payment Schedule: Final payment is not due until November 29, 2017, as indicated on your invoice, however, should you wish to make installments or pre-authorized (ie. monthly) payments, this can easily be arranged. Please contact your agent for more details. Any passengers who have not paid in full by this date can be cancelled without notice. We will remind all guests of final payment deadlines, however it is still your responsibility to pay your remainder on time.  


Late Payment: Late payments will be subject to a 1% late fee, per day, until the full balance is paid, and this will be added to your balance automatically. Should you require special payment arrangements, please discuss with your agent no later than 2 weeks prior to the final payment deadline.


Requests: Requests (ie. bedding configuration, level, view, cribs, etc.) can be made through your agent, and should be requested no later than your final payment deadline. These requests cannot be guaranteed by the hotel in advance, but they will do their best to accommodate. It is advised that you remind the hotel at check in of your requests.


Special Needs and Service Requests, and Restrictions: If you have any special needs or service requests (ie. oxygen, service animal, allergies, disability, etc.) or any travel restrictions, please advise your agent immediately. Failure to inform your agent could result in the services being unavailable.


Changes and Cancellations


**Please note, it is our policy to make every effort, in every situation, to have change/cancellation penalties waived or lessened.**


Change and Cancellation Penalties vary by hotel and tour operator, and are subject to change at any time.




  1. All deposits are non refundable, and non transferrable.




  2. Once the final payment deadline has passed, full price of trip is non-refundable.




  3. All change penalties will increase the closer it gets to departure. If you need to make any changes, the sooner you do, the less the penalties will be.




  4. Name changes and corrections may be made no later than November 29, 2017




  5. No other changes are permitted after final payment, including dates, duration, room type and occupancy.




Pre – Registration: Live inventory is not yet available to be booked for 2018. This booking is based on preliminary schedule and availability, as the flying schedule and hotel contract are not yet finalized. Once the schedules and contracts are confirmed, and if there is a date change from the contracted group departure date(s), or there is no availability, the group will then have the option to accept the schedule or cancel.


Flight Times: All flight times and departure dates are always subject to change without notice up until the date of departure, so please check your departure time the day before you travel.   Please note that flight schedule changes can affect routing, stopovers, aircraft type, and times.


Connector Flights: All connecting flight reservations booked with a carrier other than Transat Holidays are made at the risk of the consumers who hereby agree to assume the cost of any loss in the event of a change to the original flight schedules.  Any changes or cancellations are subject to penalties as per the carriers’ terms and conditions and may supersede the tour operator / Paradise Weddings Inc. terms and conditions.  The tour operator / Paradise Weddings Inc. cannot be held liable for damages or additional fees incurred by the consumer due to a missed flight connection.  


Seat Selection: For individual seats, selection fees apply for advance seat selections and there may be an additional charge for upgrades where available. Please contact your agent to make seat selections in advance.


**Please note, the airline reserves the right to adjust the seat numbers reserved in the case of an aircraft type change or routing change. Paradise Weddings cannot be held liable for any changes made by the airline to seat numbers or seating arrangements made with advance seat selection.   


Hotel Room: You are guaranteed the room category for which you have booked and paid for however sometimes hotels over-sell themselves. In this event, they may upgrade you complimentary to their next available room category, and you should request in writing confirmation of the upgrade and that it is complementary before accepting. It is also very important to note that room requests such as king size beds, adjoining rooms and location of the room will be submitted to the hotel on your behalf but are not guaranteed. These are allocated by the hotel upon check-in. Any and all hotel-related issues must be addressed with hotel management directly at the time of their occurrence as most often we can not assist with resolving such matters after your return, especially if you did not bring it to their attention at the time. They are best equipped to satisfy your needs while you are there.


Downgrades: Downgrade on rates/rooms will not be permitted for any group file.


Upgrades: Upgrades on rates/rooms/duration are permitted, however on request, and at an additional cost.


Group Rates: Group rates are only valid with a minimum of 10 guests, departing on the same date and traveling to the same destination and/or returning on the same date from the same destination. If the group falls below 10, the rates will revert back to individual rates and all passengers will be required to pay the difference, if any.


Prices: Prices are only valid for those seats originally booked, plus an additional 20% based on availability.  Any additional passengers are subject to current fares, taxes, and availability. Prices are guaranteed for the passengers who are under deposit. Passengers adding on to the group thereafter may be subject to increases for matters over which the tour operator / Paradise Weddings Inc. has no control, including, but not limited to fuel surcharges, government taxes and currency fluctuations.




Sold Out / Stop Sell: If a stop sell (the hotel is sold out or over sold), the tour operators reserves the right to request names and full payment prior to the final deadline date. Once a stop-sell is in effect, changes are not permitted.




Travelling with Children: If you are travelling with children under the age of 18, and all parents/guardians are NOT travelling, a notarized letter of consent will be required to leave Canada. Failure to provide this document could result in denied boarding and cancellation of your trip with no refund.


Infants: Please note that although infants (Under 2 years) may be no charge, they still may have to pay for the tourist cards. This cost is different at each location.  Please note on your documents once you receive them, what your cost will be upon arrival.


Taxes: If applicable, departure taxes must be paid locally in cash, unless otherwise informed by your agent.


Price Promise: Transat Holidays will do a one time price adjustment for the entire group, only if they have enough available inventory to rebook the entire group at the lower rate. Conditions will apply.


Discounts, Gift Certificates, Points: Most tour operator vouchers/certificates/airline points cannot be applied towards group bookings. Some exceptions may apply.


Travel Insurance: Please also be advised that it is HIGHLY recommended for you to protect yourself with travel insurance when traveling outside of the province. Please advise sooner than later if you would like to purchase any trip cancellation or medical insurance, as it is best to purchase while you are in good health, as they will not cover any pre existing conditions. Paradise Weddings Inc. uses Manulife Insurance as their provider, and will be happy to provide you with a quote at your request.


Tickets / Documents: Tickets are normally released 2-4 weeks prior to departure.


No tickets will be released until Paradise Weddings Inc. and the tour operator has received all payments for the group AND all guests have supplied to their agent either a) proof of insurance (or purchased insurance direct with agent), or b) a signed insurance waiver.


It is solely the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that valid and proper documentation is obtained. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in denied boarding of the aircraft and cancellation of your flight arrangements without refund.


Paradise Weddings cannot guarantee that your day will be perfect, and is not responsible for anything beyond my control. I can guarantee that I will do my absolute best to ensure all problems are dealt with in the quickest, most inconspicuous way possible.


Paradise Weddings, nor myself, will not be liable for failure to perform if such failure is a result of Acts of God or Superior Force (including fire, flood,  earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption of technology, electricity, or telephone service.


Paradise Weddings has a zero tolerance policy with regards to abusive behavior, including, but not limited to, yelling, rude and/or derogatory comments, and harassment. Any such actions or comments will immediately cancel this contract, and no further work will be completed, and no refund given.
