Our story began in the Fall of 2013 at Southern Illinois University. We first met in the athletic academic center, Katy was a tutor and academic center employee, & Austin was a student athlete.

     Austin was good at "needing" help with chemistry homework. As a thank you he would walk Katy to class. They continued to cross paths and began dating one year later.

     As a couple, we enjoy spending our free time with friends & family, hiking the local national parks, and playing with our dog, Benny.
