After being together for 3 years Brian decided to ask the love of his life for Marcie's hand in marriage.  He want the proposal to be a little non traditional and memorable.   He asked Marcie to marry him sitting on a Jet ski in the middle of the Caribean while vacationing in one of their favorite spots, Cancun.  It just made sense to come back and get Married in Cancun.
