Accomodations:

Once we decided to have our destination wedding at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, we purcharsed a vacation package to make our celebration as affordable as possible to our guests. We will be traveling August 16, 2013 to August 23, 2013. The Wedding Date is set for August 20, 2013. The cost per person without the package is $ 1,500 for 7nights/8 days plus airfare. Through our Legendary Vacation Club package the cost per person will be $ 900 for 7nights/ 8days plus airfaire. Guests will be assigned to rooms which must have a minimum of two, guests, and a maximum of four guests, including children. The price for children between 4 and 17 years old is $ 50.00 per night for the all inclusive. Children under 4 stay for free.

Please RSVP on this website if you think that you may be attending so we can get an approximate count of whom may be attending. This is also a good place to ask us any questions you may have in the RSVP notes' section. Also please include your email because we will be sending out updates along the way.

Travel/Airfare:

Airfaire tickets are not included with the resort stay, as they are usually bought at lower prices through travelling sites! Update on Airfare Info: We looked into group bookins for airfare and we undthat it actually more expensive than the deals you can find on an inividual basis. We are fying out of JFK on Jet Blue, direct to Punta Cana and one stop coming home. If there are more people that want to fly out of JFK we were going to look into bus/limo service so we don't have to worry about parkng. Just call or email us! All ground transportation from/to airport are included.

Payment Options:

 The Legendary Vacation Club needs at least 3 month notice prior to the arrival date for a group booking. We are asking that all payments be made by May 1, 2013. e will be bookng from May1st to May 20th, 2013. This is to ensure that we all get the best possible rooms/accommodations. Cash or check would make it easier for us to book and pay for the vacation. However, the Legendary Vacation Club will also directly take credit cards and link your payment to our vacation account. Just let us know which way you prefer to pay. 

Extra Fun Activites:

Extra activities such as golfing, spa use, snorkling trips, horseback riding, dune boogie jungle rides, etc., are not included. Thanks to resort credits that we have been granted by our vacation package, we will be providing our guests with the allowable amount credits for each activity. The guests will incur the 16% tax and the additional expense if they decide to upgrade their activity, although most activities are fully covered by the allowable amount of credits. We were thinking to coordinate two activities during our stay so that we can all sign up for a given activity on the same day. The activity list will be made available with the corressponding tax charges. The tax charges and additional expenses will be billed to each room individually and paid for upon checkout.
