You can use the link below to book your room at the Hard Rock under our room block. Please be sure to use this link or call and request a room in the Graham/Sheppard Wedding room block in order to receive the group rate. The room block and group rate will be available for booking through January 15, 2019. A $200 deposit will be required to book and the remainder due upon check in.

Please note that the rate you see per night is the total amount for the number of adults listed on the reservation; i.e., the rate for the Carribean Suite with a King Bed - 2 adults - covers both adults. The rate is all inclusive - room, and all you can eat and drink.

The room numbers will not be assigned until one week before travel. You will receive your room number upon arrival. However, the hotel does make an effort to keep the rooms in our group block near one another.

As for flights, there are direct flights to Punta Cana daily out of Charlotte and Atlanta. The Punta Cana airport is about 30 minutes from the Hard Rock. A taxi should be the easiest way to get to and from the airport and hotel.

Resort credits are given based on the length of stay and are issued per ROOM, not per person:
3 nights $500 in resort credit 
4 nights $750
5-6 nights $1500
7-8 nights $1800
Basically, this is “free” money that you can spend towards the above items. And, the resort credit is a dollar-for-dollar exchange. Meaning, $200 in resort credit would cover the full amount of a $200 excursion, for instance. However, anything labled as a "service fee" cannot be paid for with resort credit and must be paid for with credit card or cash.

Please note, golf cart rental cannot be purchased with resort credit. The cost for a golf cart is $90 a day. There is a tram system that runs through the property and apparently works very efficiently. I have inquired to a friend of mine who stayed at the resort for her wedding last spring if many of the guests found golf carts necessary and will comment below once she responds.

If you do decide to reserve a golf cart, Lisa suggests that you go ahead and reserve that with her as soon as possible as that is a popular option and availability is not guaranteed.
