We wanted to share some tips and pointers with you below in preparation for travel to Puerto Vallarta:
- Carry a few pens with you before you board your flight to Mexico in order to fill out Mexican Customs Papers during your flight.
- Grab a shuttle if you are with a large group (taxi is fine if you are a small group) from the airport to the resort. Dont hesistate to haggle the price. They will try their best to get as much out of you as possible. The locals are friendly.
- The hotels itinerary is updated and printed out daily and can be retrieved at the front desk.
- The staff speak a decent amount of English.
- Place your room key in the slot near the wall by the door in order to utilize the lights in the room.
- Room Service and Alcohol/Beverages in the room are included at no extra charge.
- Free Wifi available (if your cell service provider charges an arm and a leg for phone calls, data, and texting: disable cellular service on your phone and enable wifi only.)
- Lost Wristband Fee: $75.00 USD
- Government run Casino directly across the resort. We did not have the chance to visit. Looks legitamte. Gamble at your own risk.
- Baggage Fees may apply depending on your airline
- Ladies: Bring heels for the receptiion that will be hosted in the Sunset Garden (Grass)
- Pack bug spary! We went on a zip line excursion and definetly needed it.
